2. Milestone-Based Refunds

For projects structured around milestones, refunds may be issued for incomplete or unsatisfactory work within 14 days of the milestone delivery date. Partial work completed will be invoiced proportionally.

3. Subscription Services

For recurring services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid periods will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused services.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for work that has been completed and accepted, or for services that have been delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications. Custom development work is non-refundable once deployed to production.

Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client's ownership. corephrasehub retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

corephrasehub's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of València, España.
